Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Cara Miami. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and included accessories. Please retain the packaging where possible. Reasonable inspection of an item does not remove any statutory rights.

Start a return

Email info@caramiami.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel and retain your proof of postage.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution without charging you for resolving our error.

Refunds

After your return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing can take up to 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Mandatory refund deadlines under applicable law take precedence.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Processing may already have started, so we cannot guarantee that a change can be made before dispatch. You retain any applicable cancellation and consumer rights.
