Processing and delivery
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated 6–10 business days for delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. store time begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and customs processing. If your parcel is delayed, contact info@caramiami.com so we can help.
Tracking your parcel
Once dispatched, your shipping confirmation contains a tracking link. Allow time for the carrier's first scan to appear. See our order tracking page for help.
Delivery details
Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Missing or damaged delivery
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, check with your household and neighbours, then contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. For damage or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
